:sadblinky Okay, I was told that you couldn't have more then 65% of fats, 30% of protein, and 5% of carbs.
I went to FitDay, and put in 3 fried eggs, and it exceeded that amount already! It said 69% fat, 28% protein, and 3% carbs....am I doing this all wrong?? :anger
