  • Induction....Confused on % fats and proteins..

    :sadblinky Okay, I was told that you couldn't have more then 65% of fats, 30% of protein, and 5% of carbs.
    I went to FitDay, and put in 3 fried eggs, and it exceeded that amount already! It said 69% fat, 28% protein, and 3% carbs....am I doing this all wrong?? :anger

    They are percentages for the whole day. As you continue to enter the rest of your foods for the day, the percentages will continue to change. For example, you can enter a veggie, which will have no fat and some carbs and your fat percentage will drop and your carb percentage will rise.
    Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
