I'm sorry to hear about your loss Lisa. I cannot imagine what it is like to lose a father or parent for that matter.

                      Lisa,

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. This is a time of grief so don't be afraid to cry and to share your grief with your family. It will help you, and eveyone you love to cry together, and let the feelings out. Your journal can also be a big help in these dark days. :hug

                        Thanks everyone...

Well last spring yes I almost lost my dad due to his health detoriating badly however, he got the cancer into remission....was being an awesome trooper getting to dialysis as required and fighting to live. THe cancer caused him complete kidney failure...and of course he had his longer issues of conjective heart failure and diabetes.

His death....came from a stay in the hospitol for a routine ANGIOGRAM.
THey put in 3 new stents....and did feel an area they stented last time worsened. He came out of that fine, we figured he would have a few more months now with us. The cardiologist said there was no more he could do, he wasnt a canadidate for another bypass surgery. His blood work showed a heart attack during the procedure but he felt good.
THEN came sunday they found a infection in his blood, he got really ill.
BY monday morning i got a call he was fail fast. So in some sense
this was a shock. We all figured the heart would go in the next months time just not now. GUESS god was ready for him now.

THe hardest thing was tell in my older kids ages 10 and 8. THere tears make me cry and we were a mess. No mom wants to see their babies
upset so that was very trying on me too.

ITS hard....im two weeks pre op for the weight loss surgery and the surgeon was upset that my blood pressure has gone dangerously high.
I told him my dad had just passed away this week and i know its high
from this. He agreed and once me to see my doctor at once.

Boy when it rains it pours.
THANKS ALL for your prayers....its been a hard.
                        Love ya all
