Yum, I just ate the best tasting salad

Well, it's nothing special but it tasted so good :wave

It was spinach, bacon, 1 ounce of blue cheese, 1 ounce of feta cheese, eggs and ranch dressing :yummy

Spinach salad, ceasar salad, green salad, tomato salad, yum yum.

I used to be anti-spinach, but now I can't get enough of it. Add blue cheese and feta.....YUMM!!!!

I love salad and try to rotate types. Spinach is great and romaine and I'm on a spring greens kick at the moment. I just tried feta recently and love that too. You would think after 18 mos on this WOL one might get tired of salad, but not so - nothing better. My garden is starting to come up and I planted several types of salad greens, so I am really looking forward to that. :yes
