Tesco Healthy Option Prawn Cocktail

Dear all fellow Uk'ers.

I have recently found a gem in my local tesco express......

Tesco Health Option Prawn Cocktail, in a plastic tub. This is listed as havinig 2.3 grams of Carbs per 100g. The full tub is 200g so 4.6 grams of carbs.

It also has 44% prawns so it is fairly packed with them.

Works out at £1.55

I believe this is a diet product and will therefore have aded sugar. check it out first. Atkins does not allow lo-fat products. The prawns are OK...it's the sauce I would worry about.

I have checked the nutritional panel on the side and the percentages look ok to me. They also haven't stopped me from losing weight so it looks as
though they are ok for me.

I suppose they could effect different people in different ways, but thanks for your concern Mickie
