Boerewors- SA Sausage,can we eat it?

Desperate to know as I have an entire packet in the freezer, bought at speciality shop, costing a small fortune in GOLD. Want to barbeque trhis weekend and feast on some home delicacies.

What's in it? If everything listed in the ingredients list is 'legal' for your Atkins phase then it will be OK to eat.
If you are not sure then you could list them in the 'Review my menu' forum for some opinions
