  • Pork Rinds?????

    ok I have seen prok rinds mentiond on alot of the posting and was just trying to figure out if these are the regular pork crackling that you get over here?? yanno the stuff ya get in pubs LOL or is it somethign completely different????

      yes i do believe they are the same thing. rinds and cracklings

        Yes, Prok Rinds are the same as Prok Crackling. Most commonly known in this country as PROK SCRATCHINGS.

        Please forgive the Prok bit, just couldnt resist it LOL

            You need to check the labeling for carb count, I found out that different bags of these either have 0g or 1g per serving. I buy mine at Savemart or fresh from the Mexican taqierra :yikes

              Where else can I get pork scratchings? My locals stores are Sainsbury's, Tescos, and Waitrose?

                Most pubs sell them, you can get them in morrisons / safeway stores aswell. I would assume that Tesco sell them aswell, but I dont have a big store near so not too sure Also most 24 hour garage type places have them aswell.

                They also can be know as pork crackles.
