I too have been looking unsuccessfully for jicama in Bournemouth.
Is there another name that the Thai shopkeepers might know it by?
I asked for jicama and yam bean which was the alternative someone gave but still no luck
I may have misunderstood that it is a Thai veggie - if so can someone correct me - I may be looking in the wrong country's shops!!

I have never heard of a Mexican shop in Bournemouth.

Back to google to look for a mailorder supplier
