Hi,
I'm from Malta too and I started my Atkins induction around 3 days ago.
I've already lost a kilo a day. Does it go that fast?

Thanks! I think the Atkins diet is great. I wouldn't do any other diet actually and this is my first diet.

I did lose a couple of kilos in my first 3 days on induction and I felt better too. I had also taken a yoghurt which I think slowed the weight loss now. I read then that I'm not supposed to take any yoghurt or milk (which I wasn't taking, I was taking either cream of soya milk). I think my metabolism will kick in again by tomorrow. I will keep avoiding yoghurt until it is 'allowed' in a future phase. (I still have not read the details of the other phases, I will let it be a 'surprise' for me)

I hope you don't mind me gatecrashing your thread!! I am going to Malta on holiday next month (can't wait) and wondered if you can buy the infant formula SMA Gold in your shops? Sorry, I know it's not Atkins related but it just seemed a good opportunity to check!

Hi guys,

I'm also from Malta and on Atkins! It's great! Sorry Zarabelle I don't know about that.

Do any of you guys know if theres a shop here selling Atkins products? I found an online shop from the UK but they charge something like 32 sterling for delivery to Malta.
