I cannot find any nutritional values for tororo (raw, grated yamaimo root aka "slimy potato"). I was sent some for my birthday as a treat, and I need to know how small I should keep the portions in order not to go over my daily carb allowance. The usual databases (Fitday, etc) don't have anything on this plant. It's not actually a potato, but it may have some starch in it.
