Re: induction snacks
I always liked turkey slices spread with a little cream cheese, then rolled up (peppered turkey is really good for this). If you can't access a fridge, maybe try getting one of those insulated lunch bags and toss a ziplock bag of ice in it to keep things cold? It'd give you more options.

Re: induction snacks
Well, you can always make up tuna salad and take that. Also, take some boiled eggs to much on. A little bit of bacon to snack on too. What I do it take a swig out of a bottle of water and freeze it. Then, use it to keep your food cold and give you something to drink as it thaws. Works like a dream.
