  • Y-Fenni Cheese. Yes or No ? - UK

I'm quite fond of the cheese called Y-Fenni.

It's a blend of mild cheddar, ale and mustard seeds (give it a bit of a bite)
but it's only available here over the deli counter and does not have any nutrition info on it.

Does anyone know what the Carbs are for Y-Fenni Cheese ?

    Many thanks in advance.

Ask the deli man to see his package. There must be some information on it. It doesn't come unwraped into his store.

If there is ale in it there are carbs. Grain product is added to the cheese.
I think about 3g of carbs per ounce.

According to fitday mustard seeds have 4g carbs and 2g fiber per tablespoon.
