  • Bread & Bread Making in UK

Just wondering if anyone has any low card recipies I can try for bread making. Or recommend any breads I can get at the supermarkets which are very low in carbs ?

I miss my toast my toast in the morning :sadblinky

Safeway / morrisons sell a NIMBLE low carb version. So I guess they are also available in other s/markets aswell. Its in a yellow package. Its very light and fluffy and am sure it would be able to blow away in a puff of wind!

It's definitely not induction friendly and from memory the carb count is approx 7grams per slice. I wasnt that keen on it and havent had it since as I think that there are far more exciting ways to use up my allocated carbs in a day.

But if you do decide to go with it I would recommend that you go very careful. So much so that you will probably be best off not having it for a while so that your tastes change enough.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
