so how tall are you? since we want to lose almost the same weight

I checked for low-carb stores online and I finally found a couple here in sweden... but they don't have all the useful stuff of the american ones , damn

Hi and Help!

I am not Swedish, but my son is living and working in Goteborg for 6 months and we are going to visit him for a week at the end of May. Going to Stockholm too.

I am worried that I will have trouble sticking to Atkins while living in hotels and eating out. Will I know what I am eating??!! How easy is it going to be for me? I am on OWL Rung 6 Legumes at the moment, but I am considering going up to Other fruits before I go. Wish I could go on to grains but it is too soon to do that yet I think.

Any advice you guys can give me would be great - thanks
