    hi i am new.

    Hello everyone, i don't think i am doing this right.but i just wanted to say hello (maybe again) since this might show up twice i am new here and just started atkins on saturday. :wave

          Thanks for welcoming me! my name means "I don't want chocolate" it was a funny song here in germany.Actually I am American,born and raised in Niagara Falls,NY
