    Sugar in Germany

    I was wondering if it is ok to use Canderel? one of my friends that's diabetic uses it.ok i don't want to ex the whole bottle,but for putting some into Quark is it ok?

      What is QUARK?

      The best sweetener that you can use is "SPLENDA". I have no idea if it is available in Germany, although i would have thought so.

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          quark is "curd cheese" according to the dictionary,it's yummy.As for Splenda I don't know if I could find it here,I live in a rather small town.I will look for it though.
