I have checked the tv listings, and yes it is a repeat so I guess its bound to be the one shown in January.
I'll be watching it though, as its always an interesting subject. Especially as we know that the results weren't at all biased (surprisingly)

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
