    N'abend! :wave

I'm not German, but I have been living in Germany for 10 years. I'm fluent in the language, so you can also ask me anything in German.

As far as LC products, what exactly are you looking for? There really aren't any on the market here. I guess it's because not many people have caught on to the LC diet craze yet. I usually shop at German stores so I get what I can from there. I usually get all of my LC stuff once every 3 months at the commissary on the Kaserne, as well as my Splenda.

The only LC products I know of are currently online in this country. You can go to www.Supermass.com to find Atkin's products as well as other LC products. However, since you are on induction, you might want to skip all of that until you get to the OWL rung of ANA.

By the way, if you are interested in finding information in German, you can go to www.Ketose.com. It is also a forum but it is in German and there are also Atkineers there too. They have more information on products and going about doing Atkins in Germany.

By the way, Splenda is not "zugelassen" here in Germany....yet. So, for now, your best bet is to go to Ebay and try to win an auction. Just type in Splenda for your search and all products will pop up. If you want syrups with Splenda in it, you can go to www.berliner-kaffeeroesterei.de. I just ordered some great syrups there and they come in all types of flavors!

I hope this helps you and if you have any other questions, I would be glad to help!
