Anyone from the Balkan countries? I am from Serbia, and I know how hard it can be, doing atkins with no low carb goodies to buy around.

mini goal 2: 158 - this is where my BMI starts being normal
GOAL 1: 145 - this is the weight I will be happy with! Then, I'll take it slowly from there...
GOAL 2: 130ish? I first set my goal at 118, but realized it might be just a bit low... -

I am from Thessaloniki, Greece.
I can find everything over here, except of the Atkins bars and shakes.
I know it's hard to find olive oil there, but the rest should be fine (i.e. vegetables, sauces, salmon, etc.)
At what stage are you now?
