Hi Fellow Finns! I discovered these pages couple of days ago and have tried to find all sorts of encouraging tips how to make this weighlost possible and have seen sooooo many great stories !

I am inspired to continue Atkins.

By the way Finns do you know where in here Finland could one buy this new Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book?

Here's one more Finn to join the jolly bunch. This will be my second go at Atkins and this time I'll try to really stick to it. No more clever excuses!

Do you want the book in English or in Finnish? As far as I know the Finnish translation has been sold out pretty much everywhere. Bookplus.fi is currently advertising a new Atkins book that'll come out this very month. It's not DANDR but perhaps still worth checking out? Have you already found Karpit.net, btw? Good luck!
