    ASDA - Carb Options

    I was doing a supersonic whizz round Asda and spotted Carb Options Ketchup and salad dressings!!!

    I bought the Caesar Salad, Thousand Island & Italian dressings and they were 98p a bottle... Didn't get time to see if they have introduced anything else....

    Don't ususlly go to ASDA, but I await developments with interest.

    Atkins ice cream would be very interesting.

        Well ..

        Tesco's this time... I dont usually shop in there, but made a pit stop for lunch. Carb options cooking sauces £1.49. They also had a 'brown sauce' carb options as well....

        I would just die for low-carb ice-cream too, but when I ate it most days I was in Chicago a couple of months ago, I came back 5lbs heavier!!

        I could actually make better use of low-carb tortilla wraps, I brought loads back from USA, but my supple is dwindling now. And nimble low-carb bread is NASTY...
