ahhh i miss jelly, rowntrees and asda and tescos are all sweetened with aspartame and they stall me :sadblinky

Trying not to sound too much like an advert for the product.

But Splenda can be found in most major supermarkets. You'll find it with all of the other sweeteners, and it comes in a jar with a yellow screw top.

For anyone who eats Frankenfoods...

Asda are stocking a range of Russ Stover low-carb and also a selection of sugar-free sweets. I also spotted some orange chocolate made with Splenda...

I however am not tempted in anyway... 2 carbolite bars and then passing wind like a nuclear reaction for 3hrs afterwards nearly finished me off!!

okie dokie rich ty... i tend not to go to supermarkets... i get stressed at some of the aisles lol, so i stick to marks and sparks cos they dont do most the stuff that makes me crave (bakery etc) ill send someone out for some, would love to try a dessert one day.... dunno when that day will be cos im happy on induction but... when the day comes that i crave sweetness i want to be able to have something that im allowed, if ya catch my drift...


If anyone spots a sugar free jelly thats sweetened with splenda pleaseeeeeeee let me know!!

Dont know if anyone has seen them but... I was working at my parttime job yesterday and had not time at all to prepare.. i was so scared and felt like i was gonna hafta cheat mildly and get a low carb wrap or something.... well i went out to get everyone elses lunches and when i was in Boots, i saw this Gourmet atkins range... cynical as i am i picked one up and read the ingredients... ALL INDUCTION LEGAL!!! :icondance
the wrap was made solely from egg and herbs and it was absolutely delish! i was so happy! it had 4 net carbs but that was all from legal stuff... expensive tho at £2.79 as it was 2 tiny little wraps but they were filling and kept me on track til i could get home!

Is you local Boots a big store? The one in my town only has the endulge bars, breakfast bars, shakes, cake mix and recently some pork rinds.

Hopefully (and I would think they will) they will start stocking more and more as time goes by.

Does anyone know if there is a Boots at Heathrow airport? My boyfriend will be coming back from Gilbraltar on Tuesday and is passing through the airport. I'm not sure if he'll have time to make a trip out of the airport during transit, but can someone recommend the nearest supermarket where he can get Splenda for me? I will be so grateful!! BTW he stopped by London last Wednesday and asked around for Splenda, no one at the pharmacies knew anything!

Here's a shopping list I've created:

- Splenda
- Atkins Shapers fizzy drink in Raspberry/Cranberry
- Atkins Shake - is there any particular flavour that's good?
- Atkins Endulge - any flavour recommendation?

Is there anything else I should ask for?

There will be a boots in the airport but i dont know if it will b e big enough to stock the atkins stuff...

seriously tho, i dont recommend the shakes and the bars, theyre just not the way to go, we need to get our bodies OFF this sweet stuff!!

and they dont taste that good anyhow!

They dont sell splenda at boots... well maybe in the sweetner form but i havent ever seen it

HURRAH!!!

I popped into Boots in Blackpool today and they are stocking the Atkins gourmet range!!! Im off on a long journey tomorrow, so I treated myself to the Prawn & Crayfish salad at 1 Net Carb... it was very pricey at £3.45, but I deserve it...

They also had Atkins crisp at a cost of 79p for a not so very big bag....

Not something I would splash out on all the time, but what a livesaver when you need to get lunch on the run, I was getting a bit sick of buying tubs of egg mayonnaise from M & S and grabbing a chicken drumstick

I just want to thank everyone in this thread. I picked off some items from your thread and my boyfriend came back today, with some of these goodies in hand! Every little bit is so precious!

Here's what he got:

Boots Shapers Fizzy
- Raspberry & Cranberry x 3
- Lemonade x 3 ---> this contains 1% orange and lemon juice. Is that alright?

Boots Shapers Bars
- Chocolate Strawberry or something x 6
I don't think I can eat these, not for a long time, cos they contain sugar

Boots flapjacks
Has sugar too I think

One Atkins advantage bar

Two Atkins chocolate shakes.

Everything sounds yummilicious! But I'm saving them all.

When can I start eating these things? How many weeks into OWL? Thanks

I was dissapointed in some of it. Infact the only two things I do like are the endulge bars and the shakes. But I very rarely have any of those anyway.

I was extremely dissapointed with the Atkins Bake Mix, I tried making some muffins and they were the most disgusting things I have ever tasted.

Hi - just come back from the supermarket and came across some products called 'Carb Options'. They had a couple of different sauces such as bolognese, chilli and tikka massala. Has anyone come across these products before?! Checked out the ingredients and there are no frankenfood products in there and even the sweenter used is sucralose (aka splenda).
