UK - Pasta!!!

I bought a bag of Carb Options dried pasta in Asda this week...

75g portion = 24 carbs

Ideal for trying when your on the appropriate OWL step.

Havent tried it yet, but let you know how it tastes

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
