Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.Comment

Btw I told my GF that I would be going! I have re-thought about it all. And think that somewhere like Henley on Thames would be a nice place to meet. Also quite central to everyone. Brighton is in the wrong direction.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

1. Swindon would have been convenient for me last year, but I am actually living in Germany at the moment. (But Swindon is such a dump, Rich. If folk are coming by car Marlborough would be better.)
2. I think Rich is owed an apology, even if it was said it jest, it was still in very bad taste.Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',

Began Atkins March 04 at 260lb, reduced to 203lb by April 07 and maintained.

Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.

I might be interested in flying over or taking the train over for the day. Of course I am afraid I would be horribly lost when dealing with English humour.
I cannot even tell if Labarum is serious with his #2. With people from the UK I can never tell if they are laughing or serioulsy offended! My husband likes English commedy and always wants me to see movies/tv shows. I do not find them funny. Ugh!
