I have been here for 3.5 years and to be honest I don't think I have ever seen someone from South Africa on here.
Good luck this afternoon against Ireland btw, Graeme Smith, Sean Pollock and Jacques Kallis should hopefully have a field day.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
