Hi!

I currently live and work in Belgium - Have been here for 6 months and I'm loving it so far. I am currently on the Atkins diet and would like some local support and encouragment and tips... on which foods are low carb esp in supermarkets!

Please raise your hand and show yourself if you're from Belgium We could do this together!

I am an American that has been living in Belgium for 9+ years. I married a Belgian. I live in the Dutch speaking part of the country in Geel.
