    Re: India?

We do have some members from India I think, but thought I would pop in and say 'Welcome to our ADBB international family' Grouphug:
If I recollect, roti is one of the Indian flat breads and is made from wheat flour, so it wouldnt be allowed on Atkins till you had worked your way up the 'carb ladder' of OWL, as grains are allowed on the last 'rung' of the carb ladder if you find your body can handle it.

You need to look for foods made without flours, sugar or starches to be certain of sticking to plan.

Do you have a copy of the book we follow here (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution)? It has a long list of the foods allowed on the first phase of Atkins. If you follow the rules set out in that list you will soon be a loser!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
