Hi,
I am from Denmark to. and I am going to start with Atkins om monday, but I have one problem.
Is it possible to frees an omelet?
I am going to work at 05.00 in the morning and I am not back until 17.00 pm in the evening, so I would like to bring my breakfast/dinner to work. We have a microwaye at work.
Any surgestions?

Not sure how an omelette would freeze.. give it a try I suppose.. Or maybe go with boiled eggs or an egg salad instead
