  • UK headsup - Egg boiler going cheep!!

Just in case anyone hasnt got one of these nifty kitchen gadgets that let you boil up to 7 eggs to whatever hardness you want with no fuss:
Lidl will have them for sale for £4.99 next week!!

I bought one from them (slightly different version) more than 5 years ago and it still works!!
It makes it so easy to have hardboiled eggs in the fridge for quick 'legal' snacks!

That thing looks cool. Too bad shopping would probably cost me one million dollars

Is there anything they don't make a gadget for?

So many useful toys, so little counter space...sigh.

      On the other hand....

The egg boiler might be handy - I keep forgetting mine and boiling them to bullets!

But the banana peeler...... even if I was eating bananas it would be a very, very sad day when I needed assistance to peel one!

I have an egg boiler, I bought one a couple of years ago. tbh not really worth the hassle imho, may aswell just boil them in a saucepan.

That banana peeler is just taking it to far.

I always get distracted when in the kitchen so find it a godsend, as it beeps loudly when the eggs are done.
