    Try eating a few deviled eggs. They really seem to fill me up or better yet go take yourself out for hotwings! (do they have them in the UK?) I had them for lunch and I'm still full. I had them make them crispy so I had some chewing satisfaction! Just make sure no breading is on them.

        I'm glad you have decided to give the Atkins way of eating a try. I can assure you that you wont be dissapointed and that in a few weeks time you will not miss your carbs one bit.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
