we are south african but living in the uk. Both my husband and myself have just re-started atkins. where in SA are you. we were from Durban. Good luck with your diet. I see you have lost loads already. how long have you been atkinsing?

we love living in the UK. Quality of life is better in SA but it is easier to live in UK. Not as many worries. Would advise anyone to come over and at least get a feel for life here. we take so much for granted here now. only thing is the weather. never knew it would be so miserable lol
