        Hi Lisa,

I am in the UK too

I have no idea where to get fresh horseradish from I'm afraid.

Cauli mash with cheese sounds good - do you eat it with anything in particular?

          hello alexa

its mashed boiled cauliflower with butter and a little chease.
sometimes i add bacon mushrooms and eggs i just mix it all up ....its a good alternative to mash potatoe.

Hi All, I live in the UK and have been on Atkins since Feb and I've lost 14lb so very happy and due for another weigh in this evening... fingers crossed...

Love the sound of the caulimash - think I will have to try that this evening... Last night I did Oven baked mushrooms stuffed with Feta cheese and served on mixed salad leaves... yummy yummy!

                Good Luck everyone!

I have never seen fresh horseradish root in a greengrocer or anywhere else - some people have said it grows along the verges in country roads but I don't think I could recognise it and anyway think it is illegal to pull up wild roots nowadays.

You can buy seeds and grow your own if you have a garden.

I have bought plain grated horseradish in jars at Waitrose and Somerfields though.

You do need to check labels to make sure it is 'just' horseradish and not 'creamed horseradish' or 'horseradish sauce' with will probably have sugars and starches added.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                    Hi,

I from the Uk too - to answer the Horseradish question and good Farm Shop should sell it. Or pick some wild horseradish up when your out walking. Google Farm Shops online a\nd you should get a FARMA website which will list them all across the UK

Just a quick question of my own - is 200gm of salad leaves correct on the induction phase? Seems loads - but i'm not complaining!

Also i have to dgo to a party at the weekend - i know Gin is 0 - but what to have with it? Is slimeline tonic ok?......or should i offer to drive!
