4 Days in and learnibg all the time. Spending hours reading on this board. Great hints and tips although gor a newbie it can be a bit to take in. I started on Monday and did the usual shop for low carb products. I just wondered if the sweetener I purchased is OK. Its called Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener with added fibre.
Carbs 0.28 g per tsp
Sugars 0.02 g per tsp
Ingredients: Maltodextrin 55%, Frucofibres (inulin)34% ,oligo-fructose 8%, Aspartame 2%, Acesulfame-k 1%.
