I'm not sure about menopause, but don't they say that you can expect to lose 5-10% of the amount you have to lose during induction? In your case, 10% is only 2 lbs, so you are probably on target.

Just keep it up and I'm sure you'll see the results you want!

I was off the wagon from March 2004 to Jan 2005 and my total weight loss is going about the same as the first time (meaning the amount I've lost in a 5 month period). I did have a pretty long plateau this time I never had hit before, about a month long, but the pounds are dropping off again. I lost 5 pounds in just this past week.

What is different is I think I'm a little more jaded. I don't have that wonder this time around I did before.... now as the weight goes down I feel kind of blase, like "been there, done that" Maybe in 10 pounds when I finally get lower than where I ended last March, some of the wonder will return LOL

        Thanks, nikki!

It's just darned frustrating to see the same one pound go away and come back and go away and come back. Arrggghh.

The physical tiredness is there and I'm waiting for that burst of energy I remember so well, lol. I walk up and down a lot of stairs, both at home and at work. I spend time working around an acre yard and staying busy with a 2 year old grandbaby. My calories being burned by FitDay are right on target.

        *patience, must have patience*

Gotta keep in mind that it took me 6 or 7 months to put this weight back on - I can't expect it to go away in two weeks, huh?

Harder, tired, blase, easily distracted...that about describes me now. Its ALOT harder for me this time..as it has been since January. Last year I was gung ho, the weight was coming off, the inches were coming off, people were constantly saying "wow, you're looking good! We can really tell you lost weight." Now its "lost anymore?", or "are you doing that diet still?" stuff like that. I absolutely cannot get motivated to exercise...SO hot and humid in Kansas. But...this is a new day, and new attempt! I will conquer the lethargy!

          Good luck, all! :hug

This time has def. been a lot harder then usual...although i have been on and off this for like 3 years! I was doing so good last time I was on it but then i fell off the wagon and now it is really hard for me for some reason. I have had a lot of cravings, and it has def been hard. I have been on it for about a week and only went from 147 to 143...i remember the first time i losst a lot really quick...maybe i am just anxious to get back down to where i wanna be...well anyway its a lot harder for me this time
