    :help
I am SO confused. I've been doing this woe for a few weeks, and I have lost NO scale weight. Not one single pound. I am, however, losing lots of inches! I'm not lifting weights, so it's not like I'm adding muscle. This happened the first time also. I actually went down about 3 dress sizes, but absolutely NO scale weight loss!! BUT... when I went off the diet I gained about 15 Lbs.

I'm not complaining about the inch loss, but HELP ME PLEASE!! What's going on?
No offense but don't tell me "scales lie"
    thank you

Wow, I don't think you need help! You're obviously doing something right. I know you're worried, but you're seeing great results with inches. If you were not losing inches I would say something is wrong, but you're doing fabulous! I haven't weighed since re-starting, but the differences are showing up. Just have faith. Sorry if I didn't offer anything helpful to you.

How much weight do you have to lose? If the amount is minimal, it may just take you a little while longer to see the results in scale numbers. If you are losing inches, that is just as great. You could still be building muscle, which is heavier.

I've heard that because of the amount of protein you eat on this diet you lose very little muscle, and you may even gain muscle if you're working out. Since muscle is more dense than fat, it may account for the "inches but not pounds" you are seeing. You may be shrinking but wieghing the same because you're more dense!

Agree with all the above. I lose weight, but not inches, so either way, it can be discouraging. Just give it time...you're body is unique and will do this in its own way. It would be worse if you weren't losing either, right?
