Darn the only sugar free jello we get here in Sask Canada is aspartame loaded. Would LOVE to be able to try that recipe. Do you add your own splenda? I wonder if I can order SF jello somewhere online. I tried once and got a whole bunch of aspartame sweetened stuff blech! And there they sit on my shelf. Hunts Juicy Jels saves me when I am desperate and PMSing

Day 11
It is day 11 now and I feel great both physically and psychologically. I went to the chinese buffet today and had 2 steaks, lots of fish, stuffed mushrooms and egg drop soup for lunch today. I'm glad I don't feel like I'm dying anymore, because for the last semester, I have literally fealt my health decay. I'm getting myself ready for July, the month that I'll start my weight lifting again. Hopefully, I'll have some pics for you soon. I'm thinking about posting pics once every 3 weeks or so.Work-in-progress:

I microwaved some turkey bacon today and it came out like chips. I dipped it in cream cheese..............what a treat! Salty and creamy yummmmmmmy. I also made my own coleslaw today with Splenda. There truly are some great foods out there that I didn't know about the first time around. I'm down 4 pounds and kinda stuck, but it's almost that time of the month so I'm assuming it's that too. I bought an ebook of atkins recipes. If anyone wants a copy, just email me.

Kizzie, that sounds like a great treat. Also, I'd definitely be interested in a copy of the low carb recipes. What site did you find it on?
Well, I also tried something new yesterday. I made mock potato salad. Used our family favorite, except removed high carb things. So basically, I used frozed cauliflower (steamed in the microwave), added a small amount of onion, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, mayo and small amount of mustard, added salt and pepper. This was soooooo yummy. Served it hot last night, but ate the leftovers cold for breakfast this a.m. Tasted great both ways.
