    Happy Wednesday Erica!

    Well, still having some difficulties, but I'm trying to work out my issues. I have learned that I tend to binge eat in stressful situations. My imagination ran away from me yesterday with my car getting broken into. I was so worried that someone was going to try to get into our house. I had a carb breakdown, I swear I am so frustrated and disappointed in myself that I could just break down and cry. What is it going to take for me to get with the program? :anger

    Okay, picking myself up and dusting off now. Thanks for listening everyone!

      Sorry you had such a hard time yesterday Sarah1341. I had a hard time after eating another lc tortilla yesterday so those are off my menu. I'm hoping to have a piece of flax bread on Saturday. Otherwise all is well and I was down another pound this morning.

          Thanks for the encouragement guys!

          I'll have to give some of the flax recipes a try. What type of taste do they have? (I know, weird question, just wondering about the flavor).

            My only mess up last night was a tiny glass of wine. But like I said, during the week I do ok. It's the weekends that get me! We may go camping this weekend and I'm planning my meals. But we will have friends up there so I know I'm gonna drink too much :anger

              Starting day three of my induction here. So far, very good.

              One thing I noticed is that I'm sleeping REALLY deeply and well. SO nice!
              The other thing I noticed is that I should have a portable potty with me at all times.......lol

              Hey, if you're going camping, take lots of little baggies of food. Better to eat more calories than you should of acceptable foods than to eat any carbs at all!

              And what's up with the drinking, folks? Are you guys already on the alcohol rung? You KNOW it will reduce your ability to stay carb-free......

                How 'bout one glass of wine sipped really slowly? Thats what I do when everyone around me is drinking. It doesn't blow me out of lypolisis, and people aren't bugging me to because I'm not drinking.

                    My philosphy is that if you can find a trick to help you get through, like a few more packets of Splenda (my coffee, have to have it) or a slowly sipped glass of wine... you do what you a have to do to keep from blowing it. The goal is to stay in ketosis.
