Has anyone ever cooked Okra? I've got some frozen Okra, but never had it before. Any ideas on how to make it? And, does it taste good?

Um, I'm not sure 'cause I've always had the breaded kind, which I love! I guess you could deep fry it just like the breaded kind. Not sure about the carb count either. :confused Sorry, I'm not alot of helpErica

My husband makes yummy okra (they call it Coussa here in the Middle East), and he stuffs the Okra with groundbeef and yogurt and cooks it in water/yogurt..but you can also bake them as well with ground beef and some spices..its quite tasty! :nod34 yr old Female
