  • Thursday Exercise Check-In

    Today I did 35 min of cardio and lower body weight training.

    I sweated like the proverbial pig and drank 60 oz of water while doing so.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    For Thursday I walked for 40 minutes, pushing a stroller with my lovely little guy. Legs are killing me today. Very hilly throughout my neighborhood. :icondance

    Then we got home and I "crazy" danced with my little guy for 20 minutes before his bath and bedtime.

      You know what? That is SOOOOO much better than working out at a gym! I remember those days - so much fun!!!!

      Yeah, the aching legs thing. The last two nights I've had to soak in a hot bathtub right before going to sleep to get the ache out!

        Yeah, it was a lot of fun. He is so adorable when he starts dancing around. Makes it easy to join in.

        I must say, Ibuprofen was my best friend last night :yikes Felt better though.

          My weekend sucked (thurs & Friday weekend here) for exercise..didn't do anything! :yikes I'm goig to get back into my exercise routine tomorrow morning at 6 a.m sharp! :anger :guns :nod :nod :nod

            I exercised Mon, Tue & Wed. I didn't Thurs but shopped for my camping food and was on my feet all night cooking :yikes

            I won't exercise tonight either :anger We are leaving right after work but we will probably go for a walk after we get set up. Is watching Raccoons eat exercise? LOL
