  • Friday exercise check-in

    I did 30 minutes of cardio and upper body weight training today. It was more difficult than yesterday - I REALLY didn't want to have to do that last 10 min of cardio and had to talk myself into it, and the weights seemed heavier today, probably because I'm firmly in ketosis now and it takes my body a few days to adjust to the way I'm burning fuel....but I did it!

    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    I did (mumble mumble) my 17 minute walk today! Ah well, its a start!

      I'm guessing that's 17 minutes more than you did yesterday?

      I just keep telling myself that I am going to exercise every day. Which is more than I did for the last 9 months! lol So whatever I do, it's an improvement! I'm aiming for consistency here....

        You go GIRL! I am trying to get up to 2 17 min walks a day, I did it yesterday, but only cause I was mad at hub unit and stormed out of the house for another walk to chill. lol

            It worked, I've been 2 times out already this morning, still not speaking to hub unit...not that he cares, he's sleeping the GOOF!

                My Friday exercise was swimming in the Lake with DH and DS. We were there for more than one hour, but not sure exactly how much to consider exercise. Oh well, if nothing else, I had a wonderful night with my boys.
