  • Think I should check in here...

I have been lurking about for a while, and usually only post in the CC Club.

My name is Kimberly, and I am a 30 year old mom of three, who has had very good results with Atkins in the past, and is struggling with restarting now, for a variety of reasons.

Just thought I would throw my self out there...

    HOWDY!

Welcome aboard! This is a great place, glad you're joining us.

I found it incredibly difficult to get started again until I came back to the Boards. I would make it about 10 hours, then give up. Once I actually did 2 days, weighed myself, found I'd lost nothing, and gave up! I found myself doing exactly what I had counseled others NOT to do for months! lol

Anyway, I'm back on track, and you will be, too! Hang in there! Check out our threads on What we're doing Differently and What We Learned!

I had alot of false starts my 'second' time around. I would make it one day, or even one meal. Finally I was just ready to commit again and it's been much better for me this time. Good luck!
