    okay so yesterday i wiped the dust off of this nifty ab roller contraption that my grandmother gave me some years ago when she was cleaning out her basement...well it had found a nice home underneath my bed for some time but i decided to give it a whirl yesterday. OH MAN. i probably did between 10-20 reps and today it hurts to laugh or sneeze! clearly this muscles have not been used in soome time. :yikes haha. i know that these little contraptions are not miracles and must be used in conjunction with cardio..but does anyone else have something of the sorts or seen results?
    Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
    Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
    Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
    New Goal Weight: 135

    I LOVE the ab roller! It does wonders and lets me hit the muscles better than regular crunches, etc. Of course, now I have to dig MINE out from the clutter on the porch...you're inspiring me! I was just thinking yesterday that I needed to start working these yucky abs....

    Fantastic that you're feeling it today! (ok, not fantastic that it hurts so much, but...it means you were doing it right.)

    Ok, wanna make a pact to do it every other day for 2 weeks?

      lol i know what you mean...when you are sore from working out it is a GOOD hurt!! :guns well...i think i might have to start off every other day to give the poor tummy a break haha but yeah it is definitely workin' the muscles. so yes-we WILL do the ab roller every other for the next two weeks and see how it goes. :yes
