  • Happy Saturday!

    I'm sitting here trying to stretch out my neck muscles. Slept badly and woke up with a headache, darn it! I'm worried that I'm getting induction flu (late) but it's probably just sore muscles from yesterday's work out....

    For me, this is Day Six of a super clean re-induction. I'm SO jazzed that I've been able to do this! The further along I go, the less are the chances that I'll slip up or quit!!!!!

    My goals for today are: work out (minimum 30 minutes cardio, lower body weight training), keep chugging that water, eat well, be proud of myself for my accomplishments.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    Hope you are feeling better Finelly! Great job on day 6 of re-induction!

    I've done really good this weekend. Still chugging my water and exercising!

    I hope everyone else's Saturday was a success!
