:wave I'm so glad I found this board! I'm Sue, in Central Pa. 2nd time around here. I did Atkins a couple years back and lost oodles, and gradually gained it back. I even put my dh on it, and he lost oodles. Ahhhhhh...lets have some cookies and milk tonight..that did us in. At least twice a week, and back came the pounds. :no

I did have the atkins book, but sold it on ebay a couple years back lol I'll have to get the new one. BUT, all the info here has brought it all back, and then some.

I'll add a siggy when I figure out what I want to put there. LOL

      Welcome aboard!

The best (maybe the only good) thing about restarting Atkins is that we all know how successful it will be. I don't do any of that questioning and doubting stuff anymore....just wait for the inches to melt off.

This Second Time Around Club board is THE BEST! So keep coming on, as often as you can!

By the way, we have a few people who have agreed to only weigh on the first of each month. Today we are starting a 7-day cheat-free challenge, and we are looking for new possibilities.
      Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
      218/187/140
      Measuring every 2 weeks
As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!
