    I think you guys have an awesome place to hang and play! May I join you all here?
    My name is Lauren and I have been on Atkins 12 months this time.
    About 5 years ago I lost 70lbs on a "my kind of Atkins" This time I am all by the book, having lost 50 as of this week.
