    Ok, in addition to 30 min of cardio and upper body weights,I did a thirty-minute brisk walk on the beach.

    I am SOOOOOO tired! OMG!

    Not only that, but I've chauffered my kids around all weekend and I'm really pissed that the driving doesn't burn millions of calories! lolol

    I have upped my daily 17 minute walk to 2 17 minute walks! Yey me!

      Was the increase to two 17 minute walks due to my coming over wearing a hubby mask?

            I just got back from a 30 minute walk! I was supposed to do a video today but just couldn't get around to it. I felt really guilty so decided to take a walk instead. It was a very beautiful evening and my husband and daughter came too. We had a good time! And i got my workout in, so everyone wins. Hooray!

              I have continued going for my evening walk. I think it's about 1 1/2 miles, but I'm not sure. On part of it I go up a HUGE a$$ hill. It's a tough walk, even tougher pushing a stroller! For the past two nights my dh has been going with me... yayyyy :icondance

                    I think it's the perfect exercise. No distractions from the tv or household things, so you and dh get to have together time, while at the same time exercising the body.

                      I think so too! We are getting ready to buy our first home... so we had fun walking around parts of the neighborhood we are living in and picking out what we like about the houses. Walking... dreaming...

                        Oh, we've done that, too! it's so much fun!

                        I had some good exercise I think - playing at the sea, in the HUGE waves with kids - jumping into and over them etc. And later we had to run at the beach as we were so damn frozen! More exercise!

                        Ok, not a real "sweating and pushing" thing, but it was physical I can tell ya!

                          Ok, I take back what I said about walks with hubby. Playing in the sea is THE best!!!!!! OMG, I love it! Unfortunately, the water here is still too cold to play in (my kids are wimps!) but by early July, we'll be jumping and rolling in the waves like crazy.

                          Thanks for posting that. It brought back all kinds of good thoughts and memories and motivated me to go start my yoga tape RIGHT NOW!
