You all have read my posts about how I always blow it on the weekends. I don't know why I do that. I don't eat regular, then I get too hungry and snack on whatever is in sight.
How do you all stay with the program on the weekends? I know I need to change my thinking. I never get enough water in or veggies and I end up eating crap. Then Monday I'm up 8 lbs, I lose 7 by Friday then it starts all over again. I did pretty good this last weekend (I thought... all things considered). What do you do to stay consistent? :help
