    Today for me:

    30 min cardio
    upper body weights
    1/2 hour yoga stretching
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    I did it!!! I actually worked out. Here is the scoop: I did a 40 minute "The Firm" video, "Supercharged Sculpting." And wow - it was hard! But i did it! :joy

      WOO HOO Dragonfly!!!!!! Way to go! Those exercise videos are difficult for me to get thru.......I'm so klutzy, lol.

        Me too! It would have been really sad if anyone was watching me. Ha ha ha! But it will get better with time. I love the weight training parts...
