  • Tuesday exercise check-in

    I did my 30 min of cardio and upper body weight training today.

    I might get in a walk later, but frankly, i'm tired!
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    I went swimming so far. Later tonight I will go for a walk. It's just so stinking HOT outside!

      I'm going to the gym and walk on the treadmill. I don't know whether to go for time or distance. I'll figure it out when I'm there I guess LOL :raving

        Well, you all motivated me and i went for a 30 minute walk! There was a nice trickle of rain and it made for a refreshing jaunt. :joy
