    Well, okay it's the fourth time. Only the second clean time.. Today is a new day for me. I am so glad you are all here. This is the place that I belong. So... Thanks.

    My name is Debbie, I was on this WOL 2 years ago, did wonderful. well with wonderful comes, oh this won't hurt, pretty soon before you know it, i was back to those awful eating habits. I've tried several times to get back on, but this time, I came straight to this wonderful board and I'm doing great!!
