I have been dreading Saturday....my husband and I are going to a cookout at my grandmother's. I know there are going to be tons of goodies screaming my name. :sadblinky But hubby and are both doing Atkins...so at least I don't have to watch him pig out! Plus he helps me stay on track. I just have to keep telling myself that it is worth it!

Just in case anyone isnt sure about how to use the flax - you can buy it as seeds and already ground in USA (in UK it is mainly just the seeds) so if you buy the seeds you will need to grind them first before use for most recipes.
I use the coffee-grinding attachment for my food processor and just wizz it for about a minute to turn it into a sort of flour.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Good point. At Walgreens, it only comes in a vacuum-packed bag and is already ground, thank goodness!Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
